 When I was 19 I was faced with a life-altering choice...either move with my family up to Seattle,Washington or stay in Los Angeles,California and fend for myself. I chose to stay! And so I had to quit the local college and find a place to live and a job to support myself. I wasn't prepared and had no clue how to survive in the harsh world. And with only a high school diploma I wasn't qualified for many jobs either.
So faced with this dilemma I set out on a job hunt. Instinctively I knew I had to 'sense' my way around potential work places, and find the ones that felt good to me. I would sit in the lobbies and hang out, feeling the energy first before I asked to apply for a job. Unbeknownst to me, I was already 'tuning in' and magnetizing the jobs that felt like a good fit.

For the past few weeks there has been a wave of stored emotion releasing due to the powerful eclipses and the Saturn/Pluto opposition's final meeting this Aug. 21st. According to astrologer, Eric Francis (www.planetwaves.net) "This transit is about doing the deep work of confronting the past: our relationship entanglements and our ancestral past, for example. We have the opportunity to completely rethink our relationship to the business and banking establishment that surrounds us."
I've been seeing this confrontation show up within myself and others in the form of deep-seeded feelings of personal failure, defeat, and heartbreak from lost, unfulfilled dreams. You may be experiencing this emotional wave in your life too at this time. For many soul-seekers, life here on Planet Earth has been a continuous stream of struggle and challenge to manifest anything that even closely resembles our full potential. We have been blocked financially, or romantically, or unable to build our soul purpose or achieve our soul mission. Everywhere we turn, we encounter obstacles, limits, constraints and fizzled attempts to create our life plan.

For those who have a soul connection with the brightest star in our sky, Sirius, this week on July 23rd marks the rise of Sirius on the horizon just before our sun. Sirius outshines all other stars in the constellation Canis Major (Large Dog) and was named by the ancient Greeks - Seirios ("scorcher"). Often called the 'Dog Days of Summer', the annual rising begins a 55-day mystical cycle from July 23rd to September 15th, when the hot weather was associated with the rising Dog Star.
During this cycle the Vortex of Sirius (the Vortex of the Goddess) opens and blesses our world with an infusion of potent, amplified Sirian energy. This powerful light is cleansing, purifying, renewing and rebuilding life on this planet - activating our DNA, demagnetizing our polarized forces, and downloading the blueprint for the New Earth. This is a time of beginning more profound than spring!

We are currently in the middle of eclipse season, with the 2nd solar eclipse coming this Sunday, July 11th in Cancer. This is a time for re-evaluating our Core identity, truth and purpose in life, and making the required adjustments and new alliances with a life path full of conscious choices in dedication to our soul mission. Determining what exactly is our soul mission is being influenced and supported in myriad ways all around us. The planetary astrology leading up to 2012 is shaking apart and exposing all old world systems that no longer support our holistic lifestyle and personal evolution. We are in the middle of a global 'shake down'!
According to my favorite 2012 Astrologer, Eric Francis, (www.planetwaves.net) "...we are in the midst of one of the most unusual alignments of our lifetimes...a cardinal T-square alignment with the Aries Point, which is like a magnifying/focusing effect." These are planetary events that happen never or perhaps once in a lifetime, and they are happening simultaneously right now. For some people the rapid change is triggering increased anxiety, tension, concern and upset about the future of our world.

June 2010 Newsletter
I am currently in the formative stage of starting a new enterprise, the Global Paradigm Foundation, and so I have been thinking a lot about the Mission Statement and purpose of the Foundation. The timing couldn't be better! What with the Aries Point blast a couple weeks ago, the lunar eclipse in Capricorn on June 26th and the upcoming solar eclipse in Cancer July 11th...well, we are being orchestrated into knowing and understanding the power of our true purpose. All is being revealed to us as we transition into our Soul life plans this year!
And for most of us this requires a better understanding of our greater purpose to humanity - the special gift we have come to contribute at this particular time in history! It is no small factor that we have not only survived the polarized world of lower density, but we are actually the liberators of this dark world. Our soul lineage has drawn us here in many ways to not only witness the birth of a new paradigm, but also to wrestle free humanity from dark consciousness, and ignite a new holistic archetype of loving relationships and mutual connectivity.

The rare and extraordinary planetary alignment of Jupiter and Uranus in the first degrees on the Aries Point this past week ushered in a brand new awakening of personal purpose in regards to global regeneration. In other words - our personal purpose in life is directly affecting the changes occurring on the world stage. For if we decide to disengage from the corrupted systems that no longer work anymore, what do you think will happen?
We have reached a crises point in our world where every human soul alive today must review, analyze and decide just what institutions, social systems and behavioral mores they will support and which ones they will 'pull out' of. By removing our energy and power from an outdated system, we are essentially weakening its existence to survive. If all of us abandon the system entirely, we have set into motion its total collapse and elimination from our present paradigm.

The past few months have been packed-full with extraordinary events unfolding like a chain reaction of shock waves, one after another compounding the weakened structures and systems that no longer sustain or support life on this planet. Fracturing under the pressure, these immovable institutions are crumbling, making way for the new world to crystallize and birth into form.
Finding ourselves confronted with the challenging position of personal choices, we are buffeted by the ego's natural inclination to hold onto the 'old' established reality vs. the accelerating expansion of new thought, authentic expression and creative inspiration. Do we 'let go' and place our trust in the newly forming world reality? Or do we dig in our heels and attach to that which is dying?

We've heard oftentimes from sages that the true path to enlightenment is the total acceptance of the shadow self. These wise beings encourage us to surrender into the "dark night of the Soul" in order to reach enlightenment! This process of Soul integration includes embracing all aspects of our being − both the positive and negative ones. Yes, in order to become whole, healthy, complete beings, we need to face our shadow selves and compassionately accept and heal these lost fragments of consciousness.
As society continues to spiral downward into collapse and re-construction, there is a growing awareness of the devastating consequences of shadow consciousness taking place in our personal and collective world realities. Even Oprah recently announced joining co-host Debbie Ford in an online course dealing with 'The Shadow Effect'. I found Debbie Ford's books immensely helpful years ago when I was becoming aware of the negative affects of my own shadow self.

Some time last year I began to receive images and glimpse into the underlying issues coming up during 2010 and how our collective human family would be dealing with an extraordinary karmic backlash as we entered the 2012 astrology. It appeared to be a boomerang ripple affect as shadow consciousness rose to the surface of public awareness. The predominant areas affected by the karmic shock-waves were the institutions of government, corporations, banking and marriage.
At that time I was struck by how powerful the shock-wave felt rippling through human relationships...it was quite a tsunami of karma being exposed in the dynamic between feminine and masculine energy. I could feel my body tension increase as I braced myself for the backlash to rip!

What led me into energetic healing was the dawning realization that I was living within a world driven by energy consumption. Everywhere I looked I saw people feeding on each other's energy - feeding on family drama, feeding on conflicts in relationships, feeding on defeating others, feeding on food, alcohol, drugs, sex, prestige and power! As I observed the dynamics of energy exchange all around me it became clear we were living, well actually more like surviving, by consuming energy wherever we could access it freely.
The human life support system was operating as a parasitic program of non-stop consumerism. In affect, we had become a race of parasitic 'locusts' feeding on external energy sources in a 'survival of the fittest' system. Rarely did we experience the pure, expansive exchange of mutually receptive, unconditional love! For this would require the presence of inner energy reserves - an abundant heart filled with love to share and give freely.

Increasing research into quantum physics and the quest for greater understanding of the human energy field has brought forth an altogether novel discovery that we do live in a Holographic Universe. Not only do we live in a continuously morphing field of energy responding to our very thoughts and senses, but what we consider to be the 'mind' exists not in our brain but in that dynamic field of energy.
Drawing from numerous scientific studies, researchers have removed, cut up and reinstalled disfigured brains into lab animals - only to witness full cognitive memory was retained. How is that possible, they asked! Upon further testing it became clear that what we call the 'mind' resides in the quantum field of information and streams into the brain for processing. Our human brain acts more like a train station, directing the stream of data down certain pathways to the receptor sites within our bio-energetic system.
